has anyone who asked for Rockness tickets off this shower had any confirmation e-mail yet?:mad:

you should have got an e-mail offering an alternative option


they said they would send a confirmation e-mail for this so you can collect tickets.

had nothing as yet.....:undecided

I haven't heard anything yet either? I sent them an email in December and another yesterday because I'll be changing address... Haven't heard of anyone who has received the further confirmation email we were supposed to receive when they went on sale! I'm tempted to try and call them but not sure it will get me anywhere- anyone know the best number to use?

2 of us have been in touch with ENTS24 via facebook, I got a reply off them saying they'd get intouch with AEG to see what was going on. still recieved nothing off AEG:mad:

I kept all the emails they sent last year promising me Rock Ness tickets inexchange for the Rod Stewart fiasco. I havent contacted them about it yet for this year tho

I just got a confirmation email from AEG with a confirmation letter attached that you take with you on the weekend and exchange for tickets at the box office. Check your inboxes! :-)

Me too, I got my Rock Ness Conformation email today. I had to print off the attached letter then ive to take it with me and it was for 3 days full weekend ticket including camping. Its worth £300. Lot more than the Rod Stewart tickets were worth. Only thing is im a bit dubious bout trusting going all that way incase we get another let down.
