Following on from Nix143 thread on is a cake appropriate?

I wondered what would happen if we each baked a cake for a neighbour?
I'm going to bake a Lemon syrup loaf for my neighbour tomorrow - she invited us round for a barbeque on Saturday night and she'd gone to heaps of trouble so I'll bake her a cake to say Thanks.

As long as it doesn't have to be a next door neighbour? The house on the left is empty and the guy on the right is single and seems to have his eye on me anyway!Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Then don't bake it for your immediate neighbour - but another one!"A simple life freely chosen is a source of strength. Do not be pursuaded into buying what you do not need or cannot afford." Quaker Faith & Practice 1.02.410 -

Our neighbour hates us, so would probably think we were trying to poison him!! And old lady other side would invite us into her house that smells of wee and make us tea in her horribly stained cups!!Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0
