It has to be very overpriced compared to the others in area excluding those shared equity scam properties. People will look at the cheaper properties if it means a £30,000 less mortgage.

Not having peeps above you clumping about is good, sham about the cam ceilings. Makes it look like an attic.
The photo emphasis that the rooms are tiny, i.e. you looks like you only get out of bed on one side and need to kneel on the bed to open the wardrobe.0 -
OP, is your place a must sell. could you hold on to it til prices rise again? a potential £40k lose on the value of the property is pretty steep business.

I am confused. Is that a super super super king sized bed? If, as the listing suggests, the main bedroom is 12ft7 by 10ft 11, then take off the foot for the gap to the bed, 1ft 6 for the wardrobe, then that means your bed is 8ft 5!!! If this means that the other bedroom is the main room, then this means you lose half the room because of the slope. I wouldn't look at a place that didn't think the EA was being truthful with things like thatDon't Panic - and carry a towel

I put the postcode into rightmove as the link didn't work and their are 9 flats for sale in the block. They range in price from offers over £110,000 to £94,450.
I'm not surprised your flat isn't selling.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

It is an attic.
Not only will the headroom be reduced, but there won't be much if any attic storage above the flat, which is one big bonus of top floor flats usually.
I can't live in rooms with slopey walls, they make me seasick.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
