  • Wow thats brilliant because its hard to keep it up when you've been dieting a while so that kind of loss must be a real boost to your motivation.

Nearly 3 stone, is it have any positive effects yet, ie on your energy levels, your back pain, the way you feel about yourself?

Thanks everyone..yes I do feel loads better but far from fit yet as still have loads more to lose and still feel very fat.I'm also getting quite close to the weight I was when I got the cancer. My back pain has subsided quite a bit but still can't walk as far as I'd like to but can walk a lot further than I could...so everything is improving slowly but surely so am pleased with that.
Got my appointment for lymhodeama clinic for 5th july..so hopefully I'll make it to that one...LOL.
Am looking forward to our holiday away..never been down that way before...it'll be great spending time with DH as he really needs a rest.
Got myself a new laptop today as think the hard drive is going on this one and the screen keeps flickering...so will need to set that up over the next couple of days..not looking forward to that.
Also had to get a new kettle as ours was switching itself on and off so thought it might have caused a fire.
So bit of spendy day but all was cash so no problem.I've been debt free for a year on 6th july and am pleased that we haven't used CCs since though we have had loads of 0% offers in the last couple of days...lol
