Hi I am new on here but read your thread and I wonder if you managed to get back to a normal sleeping pattern?
I have been struggling with the same issue, I can't sleep at night at all then fall asleep at 6 am then have to be up at 10-11! Constantly exhausted yet unable to fall asleep...any remedies?0 -

Hi and welcome...sorry I haven't found the solution yet but can totally empathise with you.
I just fall asleep when I'm tired ...I've a very strange sleeping pattern at the moment...yesterday I got up at 3am then fell asleep from 2pm-9pm then went back to sleep at 2.30am until 6am this morning.
i'm trying to stay awake all day so that I can get to sleep at night to sleep through but it isn't working.0 -
Good luck for 2mor with the blood resulting meeting, ur be the one going in there fighting!
Hope you some sleep, still plodding away at this assisgnment, just don't fancy it going over to the weekend, theres only so much sports and exercise you can write about!! just 2 more assisgnments and thats this course finished xx
Don't think there will be anything wrong with my bloods as THE DR took them so that he could work backwards from there.I think my tiredness could be the after effects of chemo/radiotherapy or weight related but he's tested for all sorts.
Hope you managed to get that assignment sorted.0 -

just checking you're all ok after hearing news of an earthquake in your area
As to unconfirmed reports of my possible absence from this 'ere board
pah - not a chance
I've been up since 5 when local cats decided to have a hiss up & yowling contest, but put the the time to good use by doing a bit of online shopping at the store we hate. I'll not be getting the order online as refuse to pay even £3 for delivery ( am a tight cow these days) but it's good to look & see what offers are on.
I need to spend to £70 to get the £7 off & that shouldn't be a problem as I'm going to stock up on laundry, household & tinned goods. Still hate it though
Catch up with you again later

am perfectly fine..didn't even know we'd had an earthquake..lol
have been to DRs and blood tests were mainly fine ..cholesterol slightly high but blood pressure very very low...she took it 5 times as couldn't believe it was so low!!!!...no wonder I feel very weak and light headed. She thinks I may be coming down with a virus as my throat is a little red apparently but no temperature yet.I have to have it taken again next week and see where we go from there....if it's not one thing it's another...lol
have to go for now as have to go to DDs as we have a meeting at 1pm.0 -
Hope meeting went well ...
not sure about blood pressure but that Oatbran stuff I've been having for healthy eating is supposed to be good fro reducing cholesterol. I eat it as porridge.0 -
Thanks Lula the meeting went ok.
Am going to start having porridge for breakfast.
Got my 2 large tins now for saving in one is for stopping smoking money and that will be used for a holiday..the other is my losing weight tin which I'm putting £10 in for every 1lb lost and that will be used when I get to goal to buy lots of fabby clothes and a nice weekend away for me and DH...I have put £225 in it today to bring it up to date.If I've worked it out right my total weight loss to goal would be 164 1/2 lbs.0 -
That sounds great, Taxi, tho sorry to hear about the low blood pressure - I've had that occasionally myself, and when you can't get up and have to crawl to the toilet, its *very* irritating to be told to rest
hope yours gets better soon, with me I seem to have short attacks and then it goes back to low-normal for ages.
Good luck with it! And **fantastic** savings amounts!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
hope ur ok, dad just said in our local paper there was an earthquake in blackpool, -
