Not been posting much recently as not a lot happening.
Have been doing bits of housework and am trying to get the house sorted slowly but surely.
Nipped out to the hairdressers yesterday to see if they could do anything with my hair yet and all he could do was cut the fluffy bits and sticky out bits off but it's a start...that's the 1st trip to hairdressers in a year and was quite emotional.Hopefully,it'll grow enough in the next few months to be cut into a style.
Am meeting up later with a friend for coffee and a catch up as she's down from Scotland for the weekend so that will be nice.
Not a lot else planned just pottering about.

Still have my accounts to bring up to date so plan on doing those tomorrow and planning to get back in the habit of doing them daily at the start of this tax year.I lost my way with them from Oct last year when I was really exhausted with the chemo.

Hope you all have a good day whatever you're doing.

    Hi Taxi,

Sounds like you are making great progress. Being able to get back into old routines is all part of the recovery.

Great that you went for that haircut - while emotional, it will do your self esteem the world of good.

Have a great day - hope the kids will be spoiling you today.

I agree with Urg - getting back into the old routines is a good thing. But only some of them - you have new routines for healthy living, yes? Are you managing to walk at all, Taxi? I know you had the earthquake, eek, but maybe walkies would keep you up - I love it round here, and you have the **sea**!

    Hi Taxi

Pleased the weight loss is still going well - rubbish about your sleep patterns.

Just been reading about your budget planning for food shopping and wondered if you are still getting everything organic in that amount? I seem to spend more some months than others, there are only two of us and I still cook as if all the family are at home and then freeze or make the meals stretch (BUT i did go through a stage of cooking for 4 then the 2 of us eating it - paying the price now by trying to loose the weight!!)

Hopefully with the bank holidays looming the taxi will get busier again.

Morning everyone..am thinking about letting my diary go as don't really have much to say anymore.I spend too much time on the internet and want to spend my time more productively.
I plan to spend time going to the gym, doing my garden, time with the family, sorting my house out etc etc.

I will still pop on and see how you're all doing sometimes.

Thank you to each and every one of you that have helped me on my debt free journey and those that have been around for my cancer journey.Don't know what I'd have done without you all.xxx
