Thats good - I love it when something happens fast, and I don't have to bother chasing it up. I'm glad you had a little walk too, it all helps - and its nice to get out and look at the shops now and then, see what the rest of the human race is doing :)

can't look at it any other way really it's a very fine line before I'm back in serious pain.Am thinking of going to the gym in a couple of weeks as the jacuzzi would be lovely on my back and i can do a little swimming in the pool. Then build up from there.

the swim and the jacuzzi sound absolutely luxury, just wish they would hurry up and deside what there going to do with our swimming baths, -theres a big debate about knocking down and building out of town or refit, at present theres no step access its the grab and lift steps - unless a very hunky man could get me out I'd be stuck!! xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

thanks all ..wasn't sure whether I'd lose as had that Thai banquet and a night out on the vodka.
Am up early again because I was asleep from tea time last night.

Hope you get the sleep pattern sorted soon. I have to say though taxi there's something quite soothing still being up when everyone else is in bed, don't you think? DD stayed at a friends last night after they'd been out so I stayed up until they got there and then stayed up even later just watching mindless tv. Was about 4.30am when I finally went up. I have to slide into bed ever so quietly and if OH stirs I pretend I'm just turning over :D
    Take care

love the peace and quiet of early morning when everyone is still in bed...got up at 4.30 this morning...lol

the gym I will be going to is a national chain that DD2 works at which is spotlessly clean unlike the council run leisure centres.I don't use council run one as it's dirty and full of kids and is not much cheaper than the private one.
will be joining in a few weeks I think...need to get a new cossie first and will be joining on a 3 month basis to make sure I can stick to it and that I get my moneys worth.

Not done anything over this weekend but have a few jobs to do around the house if I get some energy.

I love the early morning peace and quiet too - probably just as well considering I can never manage a lay in :rotfl:

I especially love it when the weather is milder and I can sit outside on the patio with my coffee and listen to the birds singing as the sun starts to warm.....heaven!

    Roll on spring :D

    yes definitely roll on spring..
am going to attempt a walk to the office to put subs cheque in...it's not far away but far enough..hopefully I won't need to sit down on the way..lol..but will give it a try anyway.
I have a lovely stew in the slow cooker for tonight...lean organic stewing steak, onions, carrots, mushrooms, oxos, herbs and pepper...yummy.
Have some jobs to do around the house when I summon up some energy but will see how I feel...I hate not being able to fly about like I used to

You're getting there, Taxi - and once you join the gym and start doing more, you'll get further still.
