    Have just been out again up to home bargains and wandered around the whole store so a little bit of exercise has been done today.A bit is better than nothing I suppose.

  • As you say, even a small walk is a big step!

    (EH - Tesco don't do direct debit schemes as far as I know, I just bought them as and when I wanted and I could either have them delivered or collect from the store) They had a huge selection too, or you can just go to them and get the prescription but I found them competitive - sometimes they have free eye test deals too)
    One small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!

    just had a pleasant surprise as DHs new passport has arrived...I only sent it late monday afternoon so really quick turn around.
