hi everyone..hope you are all ok.

    Where to start...mmm

Did banking and sent DHs passport off for renewal yesterday
then popped to gym where DD2 works for a brew because I had a spare half hour before
going to hospital to see Oncolgist who gave me a good prod and poke and is pleased with me.I have a check up every 3 months alternating between him and surgeon.i also got him to discuss my bone scan with me...strangely I have osteoarthritis top of my back and in my feet but not my lower back which is giving me all the pain.
So, this got me thinking and you'll not believe what I hadn't even given a thought to...DOH!!!!!...I have special inserts in my trainers as I have one leg longer than the other but haven't been wearing them as i opted for slip on shoes due to not being able to bend to put them on..so have got said trainers out and will give them a try and see if there's any improvement...lol

came home tried to stay awake but fell asleep during Simpsons and woke up at 8.45 pm..went to loo and straight to bed until 1am ...then i was wide awake until 5am and went back to sleep again until 10.30am.

have had a brew and have folded some washing, put some more in dryer and another load in washer.....go me....just about to get another brew.

todays post brought a lovely present from Dizzie lizzie.....thankyou very much it's lovely xxxx
it also brought the insurance documents...declaring 3 illnesses only added £126.99 so not bad at all...like you Hypno wouldn't dream of going without the right insurance.

just done a survey for 200 points which gave me enough points for another £5 paypal voucher.

going to WWs tomorrow morning as have changed from tues eve to weds morning and also have dentist tomorrow afternoon...what a fun life I lead.

    have a good day everyone.

Sounds like a very positive day Taxi and great news that your back pain has a simple solution! :T

Really happy to hear things are moving in the right direction. How's the diet been this week? I've been a bit bad, but determined to get back on track. Looking forward to hearing how you've done this week :)
  • Taxi you're very welcome. Hope it brightened up your day a little :)
Hope wearing the inserts again does the trick and eases the pain.
Here's hoping for another weightloss at ww for you. You're doing really well :T
    Take care
