Thats good to hear, Taxi - not that its really comparable, but I was ecstatic I managed to get into my town centre yesterday - went to the bank, looked at the Coop and Iceland (lots of quorn on offer) then bought some seeds at Julian Graves - it felt so good just to be normal again.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Evening all...quite proud of myself today as this morning posted both forms, did the banking and picked up passport form and paid DHs NI bill and then nipped to Lidls to get some shopping and put it away myself..I know that's not a lot to some people but it is to me.
I stll have left to do
(1) Fill in passport form and send off
(2) Sort travel insurance
(3) Sort out gas/electric plan
(4) Do accounts
(5) Shred a carrier bag of paperwork
(6) Write cheque for taxi subs
So will do those over the next few days and then start on my next list
Surprising how 'not a lot' adds up Taxi:D Well done.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
haven't done much today
sorted cheque for office and DH took it in.
filled in passport form for DH...will send off tomorrow
Stripped and changed our bed with DDs help
Washed/dried said bedding
DD hoovered downstairs.
Still got few jobs left to do but getting there slowly.
tomorrow will try to
sort gas/electric
shred paperwork
go to PO and send DHs passport form off
sort out travel insurance
go to hospital for oncolgist appointment
bring accounts up to date
do wash load/dry
do banking
will probably manage most of that but accounts may need to wait until tuesday0 -
Not alot - my a##e, thats brilliant. It was only about a week ago that you wouldn't have even made it round those places, never mind went in the doors and remembered what you needed to be there for :T.

Thanks you two.
Have done my 1st job of the day...just bought my travel insurance for our holiday..yahoo..it was pricey £258 but covers all my medical conditions and is for a 3 week worldwide holiday and covers both of us.At the end of the day TC wanted £100 EACH FOR THEIR TRAVEL INSURANCE AND THAT'S BEFORE MEDICAL STUFF BEING ADDED...insure pink charged £200 for me and £58 for DH...that covers cancer, asthma and osteoarthritis.
on to gas/electric now0
