hi Karma...would you believe i haven't been to bed yet...lol

gas and electric now sorted....gave my meter readings to SP and am £177 in credit...and have had my DD reduced from £93.50 p/m to £82 p/m...they offered me a better package when I phoned than the one they sent in an e-mail.
Was originally worried that because the package that I'm coming off was a fix from 3 years ago that because the prices are now loads higher that my DD would be sky high.So am quite pleased with that result.

That *is* a great result with the fuel, Taxi, but seriously, you haven't been to bed yet? Erm, crashing? Anyone? I know it must seem impossible to get any kind of routine going, but severe ouch here .... how do you feel right now?

just a bit tired ..lol but will stay awake for now as need to go to PO and then hospital so not worth sleeping.I can crash later if needs be but will be best to stay awake until bedtime now.
I'm in a vicious circle at the moment of not falling asleep until 7amish then sleeping until about 2ish..so need to break it.

Thats what I was wondering about, the vicious circle thing .... well, its not like you need to clock in, except like the appointment today, so I guess you have to listen to your body.

Good luck - I can't often get a web connection in the evening, and I'm working early evening anyway, but Ill be thinking of you.

I don't think that price is bad at all for the travel insurance - I know it is a bit different, but I pay over £200 for our ski insurance because of the children's racing element.....whereas standard winter sports insurance can be just a few pounds. But of course I pay it because I wouldn't dream of going on holiday without being properly insured. So well worth it.....as yours is.

    Have a good day x
