    I decided to drop facebook as I was spending too much time on there! I hope the weigh in went okay Taxi (oh and I think it could be quiet because of half term)

    Am pleased to say that I lost another 3lbs at WWs...so got another silver 7, my 1st stone off and 5% today so am very happy.

    Went for lunch at subway today and really enjoyed it.

    Am really loving this new weight watchers plan and hope you're right that there'll be nothing left of me soon.

    Got a letter today to go for a medical on tuesday for my ESA...guess they'll be stopping my pay soon and I'll have to appeal as definitely not fit to go back yet.

    only whilst receiving chemo or radiotherapy but not for any after effects
