Glad you have been to the docs and hope it helps the pain.
Take it easy on that list in the scheme of things your health and well being are more important

Ugh, Taxi, pain is so debilitating, and yours sounds both chronic AND intense, which is doubly horrible. I know if I've got any sort of pain at all, I find it really difficult to concentrate, especially on the detailed stuff like is there on your list.
Lots of positive vibes going your way, so you can find a positive way through ....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

never again for those tablets..had them fri night and never got up until 3pm yesterday afternoon and then slept all night last night until dinner time today where I spent the next couple of hours trying to wake up properly.

Yep. To apparently help with pain. Of course spending 12 hours asleep, and the other twelve as a zombie - but in pain - was not what I considered to be "helping"..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Diclofenac which took a while to get to. And the usual opiates of course."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Just wondering if I'm asking the impossible...I don't need anything to get me to sleep but need something to ease the pain so that I can walk more or do more...perhaps it'll just happen when I lose loads of weight.
I have arthritis but cant have anti inflamatories due to anaphylactic shock from naproxen...so no aspirin, ibuprofen etc etc.0
