LT i remember in the fuel strikes of 19mumblemumble (too long ago dont wanna say it) we used to have to drive to an emergency call, finish it, drive 100 metres up the road and turn the engine off until the next flash call, sdrive to the next place and so on! maybe we should all hang up our houses, buy camper vans and live to the same policy!! he he! :D

my fuel, should my business venture take off will soon equal yours!!:D really focussed and excited about it tbh but realistic and looking at the dangers of self employment also :D

Well, a lovely weekend was had I have to be honest, drove up to D's on Saturday avo, went for a lovely ten mile run around the cheshire countryside, cooked a very healthy stir fry for dinner, pak choi, mushrooms, beansprouts, coriander, shiitake mushrooms and beef style quorn pieces with (hand made) egg fried rice... yum!! hypno, can you work out the points in that for me?? with, ahem, cough, home made eton mess for desert. (hypno can you NOT work out the points in that for me please...:rotfl:)
Sunday bought a 30mile bike ride with lunch int pub half way around, i was very good and had gnocchi with mushrooms, spinach and rocket and just noodles for tea last night. It was a very short period of time for us to spend together but we made the most of it.. :D
In bad news though, I have fallen in love with a new beast.. now, my purchase of the beast was well documented on facebook when i bought her a few months ago, however, to my shame i have absolutely fallen in love with cycling, the faster the better... and as much as i love my beast the beast mark two is beautiful and fast... she is a Bianchi coast 2 coast (perfect title bearing in mind one of the 12 crazy challenges) and would go like a rocket. So I will dream and aim as my reward when i have paid off half of my current oustanding debt... oooh now theres an incentive to get my debt busting asse into gear!!:D

so, back to work today and I have had so far a bowl of alpen, a low fat strawberry yogurt, an apple and as much water as i can drink, hunger pangs getting the better of me now though, pasta with sauce tonight, total for the day will be well under 1000 calories. skinny cow here i come whoop de whoop!! :rotfl:(pania continues to dream)

Money wise I have worked out roughly how much i will be getting paid in 11 days time (eep.. how long!!) but until then i need to budget and store cupbard itinerise and panic about fuel to within an inch of my life. I will get home after work (at 8) and get right on it!! :D

Hope you are all ok. xxx
