Ha ha that makes me sound like an anne summers product!! I know you can get roses named after yourself, or stars.... Wonder if they would be open to "the energy bunny" :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0

LMAO - and how would you know about such products (not that I have any idea what you are talking about!!)
Well done chick, you are certainly motivated and that is half the battle.
Spoke to boss about WW and she agreed as long as I go to the gym with her..............which is exactly what I expected her to say. We are starting week after next as she isn't here next week. I am right back to where I was when I did WW 4 years ago..........but in reality it has only just piled on again in last 18 months. What I am noticing is that it is much more difficult to lose a few pounds at 42 than it was at 38.
Yesterday, my mum gave me clothes that are now too big for her - what greater motivation do I need?

only one way to describe it this morning.... pain..
my arms ache, my legs ache, my back aches, my shoulders ache but worst of all worsts MY BUTT IS KILLING ME!!!! damn you Jillian!!!!! :rotfl:
Now if I was to say my butt was hurting and it was all Jillian's fault - the rumours would fly..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Not as much as they would fly if you said your butt was hurting and it was all Julian's fault.......Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Hi everyone how are we all?
Well I am back from a nice long bittersweet weekend away, a lovely weekend none the less but one that should have been spent celebrating the life of my gorgeous friend and his 40th birthday tomorrow. for some reason his family decided to have a family only memorial which denied the rest of us who love him the opportunity to remember and celebrate with him his 40th birthday, which is tomorrow, with the anniversary of his death follwoing swiftly on its tail on wednesday.
So, I am not ashamed to say, I am drowning my sorrows under a bottle of hardys finest white. grief is the hardest thing possible to deal with. those moments when you feel you are fine when grief suddenly decides to grab you around the throat and strangle you. the sudden memory that leaps into your head and winds you when you least expect it. I loved dunc with every part of my being, as his friend i would have done anything for him. as a friend if i could give up my health, my wellbeing, even my soul to have him back here with us i would do it. I couldnt protect him from what fate he had to befall but my god right now i wish i could have done. surely that is what friends are for right? and the fact he was alone at the end, because his death was so so sudden cripples me. I just hope that he knew then and knows now that he is very very much loved.
I cycled 50miles on saturday as a training ride for next year which is being completed, as i'm sure you all know, for him. It hurt, it bloody hurt. but all i could think is i am here to feel the hurt. be thankful for it and it spurned me on.
So maybe a tough week ahead, and sorry for the not very MSE twist. Sometimes other things take prescedent I guess.
Take care all. xxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
