Your all in for a shock, I think the OP was very lucky, the manager probably gave in to save the peace.

Those of you who have placed orders will have them charged at full price as that will be the in-store price.

There will be NO Customer service rep or manager to argue with.

Unless you can afford to have the money tied up for a few days whilst you get a refund dont do it.

If you have the bottle to argue in store, id go to the store intead of ordering online.

Just to clarify, yes i found it on the internet, then rung my local store to ask did they have it in stock, then went to the store and asked customer services for it. I did have a "discussion" with the manager but as soon as he saw it for himself on the website he apologised and sold it for that price.

We have a delivery booked for 11am - 1pm, will post the outcome if no-one else has by then. We hadn't used Asda Home Delivery for a while which had prompted them to send us a free delivery code. :T

The criteria on the voucher was for new customers registering after 14th July, not sure if this could be why?
