Yeah, sorry meant to add we also need a garden!

NOT a patio or balcony which rightmove seems to lump in with "gardens" on their search facility

    Better keep on looking lol

Oh yes, that old chestnut: 'Courtyard Garden'

So about 6 paving slabs wide and 8 paving slabs long then :rotfl:

    Zanussi good?

Sorry but I wouldn't have a Zanussi as a gift.

All built-in appliances are not rubbish.
I have built-in appliances - MIELE - AEG and NEFF and they are excellent quality and have lasted some years without a any problem.

That said - I do hope you find somewhere you really want.
    Good luck.

Yeah good luck finding Miele and neff in rented houses unless in my searches they are coming up at more than 350 a week!

My zanussi WM is fantastic and better than all the others Ive had before, names dont maketh the brand as we well know :money:
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I know not all of them are rubbish - but landlords use entry - level Beko, Indesit, pro line and Belling  You won't find a rented house with Neff or Miele appliances for less than 1k per month :rotfl:

FWIW If I could afford those I'd have them, but I'd take my new cooker over the disastrous old belling one that didn't even get hot and broke 3 times a year any day :rotfl:

Well no I wouldnt but thats the going rate for a one bed flat in North London in the slightly nice bits where youd want to live ( ie not gangland) as it is im not in the market for buying at all anyway, but we have to live somewhere!
