You can have a look if you want but I am sorry as I said the picture quality is awful. You can hardly tell the image on the left is a bone but it gives you the general idea of size and width. You should be able to see also that the popcorn chicken is just over an inch .

The nut thing is also a reference to yes it may, although it may not. As may a piece of "boneless" chicken.

Not only does the pic on the left not look like a bone, the one on the right could be a bit of scampi for all I know.

The CM/Inch thing I think your both a bit mixed up. The thickness of a minstrel may be around 1 CM, but the length will be closer to 2 CM.
If I was offered a million pounds to hide a 1 inch straight piece of bone in a piece of popcorn chicken, I would lose. It then grew to an inch and a half.
When you start to exaggerate, you lose credability.

Scotsman, I was talking about the piece not the bone, the piece was (I thought) around 1 and a half inches when infact it is a little less than that, though what is 2/8 s of an inch between friends, eh?

And as for the comment about the million pounds, hey have faith in yourself. Some numpty managed to get the bone in there.

But my approximation is ok? I mean, the bones went from an inch to an inch and a half. the minstrels went from 0.5cm to perhaps 0.6 or 0.7 cm.
Half an inch is roughly 12.5 mm out., i'm perhaps (with your eye and uncalibrated ruler) 1-2mm out.
