Hello everyone - sorry I haven't been around lately, have been in one of **those** moods and had basically done nothing.
However I've moved into second gear and got a few things done:
cleaned bathroom - more than a swish and wipe, not a deep cleanse, but a happy medium - lots nicer in there now
done a few loads of washing, drying in kitchen as it's wet over here
vacuumed the sofas - what a job - should do it more often to make it easier on myself. However I've covered them with some throws to guard against errant cat hair. Dylan likes to burrow underneath them...what a cutie...no wonder there is cat hair everywhere...
Well, that's the lot really. Not that impressive but better than nothing.
Moggins, you forgot to mention the Maltesers and the three magazines...
Bye for now.

I am afraid my enthusiasm waned a bit yesterday but here goes -
Still trying to make a path through our bedroom! Found all the new towels I had been collecting for the new bathroom (still not quite finished) and have washed them to make them fluffy. So today I will be attempting to clear out the corner of the room. Also change over of bedding.
Made up a batch of sloe gin yesterday and picked another 2lb so have to deal with those. Also trying to perfect the wholemeal loaf in the breadmaker.
Need to do another 27 fling thing in dd's room so that she can find the bed when she comes to stay!
Hot spot is again the dining table, I need to get a proper system going with the post.
I have an appointment to get my hair done today so that will be 2 hours taken up of the day. Haven't had a haircut for nearly 3 months though.
Catz xOur days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

how many of us are still baby stepping? I apologise for not going through the whole thread to find this out, but i would never get anything done!
I'm very impressed by all those long list of jobs being ticked off but wondered if there's anyone else like me still struggling to catch up from the school holidays?
been out of the house this morning but so far:
got one load of washing hung out
pizza dough on in BM for dinner
attempted a house blessing yesterday, but should have set the timer as I got sidetracked and didn't get it all done!
spent ages ironing yesterday but pile seems to be growing... maybe the clothes are breeding in there? guess if I can just get the school clothes ironed for the week it will be something!weaving through the chaos...0
