  • Chev - hello thanks for your post. I do surveys and do earn some surveys from them. Must try even harder next year and do more :) I used to do Mystery shopping but they would always say no kiddies and its a nightmare going with the kids anyway :o So stopped getting offered them as I could never do them..... I am so happy that we havent had to put anything of credit!!! Havent had to use credit for ages now so has to be good :j:j
We wouldnt be entitled to any grant :( I dont think so anyway but will look into it. Its working well at the mo so fingers are tightly crossed :)
Thanks pinky and penny - it is lovely to have a surprise and all the wondering what baby will be :) Also it is always tempting to find out :) I have to have some growth scans so hopefully wont spot anything then...
Smarties what is baby then????????????????????? Or are you keeping it to yourselfs?? Glad the scan went well.

  • Another day stuck in the house!!! Im getting fed up of not being able to go out in the car whenever there is a little bit of cold!!! Grrrr. DH is going to jump it when he gets home and take it for a drive to recharge the battery and then try covering it with some old towels to try and keep a little of the frost of the battery on the hope that tomorrow it might just work - fingers crossed!!
Tomorrow I have my dads friend round again to go through the mortgage and to get a new fixed rate - he thinks we can get a new one with the same company (so lots less hassel :) ) for about £120 a mth less!!! I really hope we can as that will help us no end! We find each mth a tight budget so I doubt will have a extra £120 a mth to pay of debt as things like the gas DD is going up in new year and cost of everything else so it should make things easier each mth even if we dont get to pay any more off..... Will see though :) I hope DH might get some more overtime in the new year as he hasnt really been getting much recently...
Starting to think of all my new year resolutions - New Year New Start and all that :) Might even have to start a new diary for the new year????

  • Ordered the present for dd and only had to pay £2.95 so not a bad present :). Also want to find a dressing up mini mouse outfit?? But cant find one so far??????
Just been doing the budget for xmas and I just dont get how we are getting by each mth!! No wonder its so tight and I can never save any money - I dont know why it shocks me everytime I do a budget for the mth lol. January I guess is a even tighter mth as will be paid early and have dds bday..... Have given up for now and will do it properly when dh gets paid tomorrow or the next day - you never know he might have a christmas bonus in it.........

  • Hi

Disney Store have Minnie Mouse Dressing Up outfits for half price £10 (was £20), they have all sizes at the moment except 7-8 online although might not be any good if you want it for Xmas.
