Have ordered a shop to come later again so another £100  Cant ever seem to cut it down as when i think ill have a cheap shop week there is always something expensive i need like washing powder  Ohwell I am stocking up cupboards etc so we always have lots in which is cutting down on the take aways :)
I have sorted the car insurance but didnt get any cashback :( But my renewal was £57 and i got it for £43 a mth so all good :) and saves a little each mth.... Really really should get some money saved for next year so i can pay the full year - but just never have enough to save any........ Things can only get better...cant they??
Really would love to be able to clear one of the ccs so i can do a BT or get a good low rate.....but at the mo i cant..... Always something coming up (my own fault as I keep having babies I guess lol) But we always get through and kids fed and happy so thats all that matters :D

  • Its the weekend :j:j:j and DH isnt working :D Good for me but not for the bank balance :o as no overtime pennies....
He has taken dd to football this AM so im having a quick catch up and nice cup of tea :)
Had my Dads friend come round to go through our life insurance with us. He has worked out that we could of had the same cover and saved a little each mth or he has found us some cover for lots more cover for the same price!!! So we have gone for that - which I know it would have been better maybe to save a little each mth but atleast we both know if ever the worst was to happen then the person left would be fine and able to look after the kids etc......... Fingers crossed its a waste of money and we never have to use it :D
Later we are going somewhere DH wants to go to look at there xmas decs etc as he is in the mood for xmas already!! Will have to have our decs up on the 1st dec I think...... Also need to get my Nan a plant for her Bday and might make some biscuits or cakes in the morning for her aswell...Going to hers for tea and cake tomorrow afternoon.
I have too much food and the freezer is full to the top :) So hope next weeks shopping wont be as much.

  • Have peace in my house :) DH has taken the bigger two to the shops to buy my bday present :) Lucky me. He got some money a few weeks ago which his been saving so has funds for something :)
dd3 is in bed and ds is just falling asleep :) So im going to blitz downstairs and get the roast on. Have to have a early dinner as we are going to my nans later.
Yesterday we went to a nice garden center which also had lots of little shops o look around. Didnt buy anything though as was a nightmare for the double buggy!! But there was a free Santa so we took the girls in, DD1 was looking funny at him because he kept moving his beard but she hasnt mentioned it again..... Might have to tell her some story about how the Real Santa is very busy so he gets some of his friends to help him????? DD3 hated it and screamed the place down!! lol
Will be a NSD for me. Also going to make a cake to bring to my nans later i think...
Best get on before dd wakes up :)

  • Loving the santa story, your dd was very good, my ds1 would have just asked him why it kept moving ans ds2 would have pulled it off!!!
We are going to see santa later this afternoon, he is there to turn on the xmas lights and think the kids can feed his reindeer too.

    Dont forget to rest missus!!!!!!

  • The switch on was a bit pants to be honest, there was so many there we had to wait till most had gone before the boys could get any where near the reindeers. But they were both impressed santa came to switch on the lights;).

I love going to farms and seeing the animals. We went to a free open day not so long back where they showed what life on a working farm was like. They showed the sheepdogs doing there things and i think it was the quietist me and the kids were all day! amazing.

The kitchen will be well loved, no kid can resist playing with a kitchen! I wanted to get one for my boys but OH said no way (or words to that effect) as it was a "girls" toy. boooo, we shall just have to play in my real kitchen! :rotfl:
