Help installing drivers for printer

I need to install the drivers for my Dell printer but I no longer have the CD. I have done it before but it was a while ago and I am struggling to remember how I did it. I have went onto the Dell Download and Drivers and got the printer number in etc and I have downloaded the 3 options showing but it's not working like I…
