    Hello everyone,

I'm feeling utterly awful. Got drunk last night and smoked. Not only that, but because I didn't want to be a scrounger I bought 16 for £6 out of a machine!!!
Feel really low and disappointed in myself, worse than that I feel cravings coming back as I've effectively gone back to square one and made a mockery of my silkquit timer and everything.
As I started the thread I just feel like I have let everyone down, why am I so weak? I dread to think what I spent, I went to the cashpoint so thats ruined my budget aswell.
So sick of all of it, having no money, battling smoking and being my own worst enemy. It wasn't even a particularly great night.

Sorry folks, glad everyone is hanging in there, I'll get my act together once I've had my mope x
Don't punish yourself. You have hit a low point. But you will bounce back.

Although.... Just found out my hubby has been cheating on me.

She is long and Lean and very satisfying Her name is Miss Regal Kingsize! lol

He's struggling but promised to make more of an effort!

I gave him the guilt trip we cant afford it you smell, I dont want you to die of Cancer seems to work though lol!

Allen Carr has saved me well over ten grand.

But much more important than that he stopped me from feeling dreadful, I so wanted to stop smoking but although I might make it through to the evening, I would eventually light a cigarette. I would smoke B&H, with the filters removed.

The fact that I was addicted was making me miserable. The addiction was more crippling than all the other issues such as the foul smell and mounting cost.

When I put out the last cigarette I smoked, I knew I would never smoke again, and I've not had to resist the temptation even once. It was the easist thing in the world to stop, but only because of Allen Carr's book.

Time for a *bump* to see how we're all doing......

Y&R - how's things after your blip? ok I hope

    As Merlin139 says - Don't stop stopping!!!!

Apart from one time when I stopped eleven years ago (for about a year), this is the longest I have been without a cigarette for over 25 years :T :T
