I insured with London Victoria. They told me they can't fax or email a cover note but have sent the Certificate first class today. I told them most give a cover note straight away but these do not.

You will have a similar hassle if and when you change your car. No doubt you will find their charges for changes to your policy will be exessive. :(

I would suggest you think about these issues when it comes to renewal time and choose a.n.other insurer who offers better customer service. :A

i think he means that your current insurers are not customer friendly and probably have chargable high admin fees to customers that wish to alter or make changes to the their policy as well as the audacity to not offer a instant cover note service ie. pdf email, and he suggests you consider other providers who are customer focused when it comes to your renewal....nothing to worry for now!

so did you get your cover note in the post?

London Victoria...do you mean liverpool victoria?

Spaceship? Ask them to drop it off on trade plates? Is it really that important to you?

I was asking a perfectly legitimate question ...... you however, are just plain rude!
