I will try really really hard to shift the final 2lb this week to get to target weight by next Friday. Will I get there? I'm not too sure as tomoz is a treaty day with sunday roast and pudding

Hope I get there. I will be strict with myself over the next week for weigh in day on Friday. Who knows if I will have got here or not - its a guess but hope so anyway. Just get Sunday over with then back to routine of usual diet and reign in a bit on the evening meal. Off to meal plan now ready to see if I can do it or not

Sunday - been for a good run this morning, definately getting quicker and, more importantly, stronger. Here's hoping it keeps going over winter.

Cleaning and ironing all done. Lunch eaten and roast for tea is cooking away.

Slowly sorting house stuff out but getting there and hoping i get out for a long dog walk too in a bit.

    Right, what to say today?

Refunded for the order that was delivered to the wrong address. Found the dead sea salts elsewhere and ordered them along with some dead sea face masks for me to try. The whole range was half price and I decided to try these as I'm about to use up my last mask and this comes in £30 cheaper than the last mask I looked at. I'm trying hard to downside brand wise as I have with my haircare. So lets see how these are - a deep cleansing one and a moisturising one, hoping they're good.

Also ordered a soap to go in my brother's pamper hamper as he has super sensitive skin worse than I do and I hope this one suits him.

Almost finished the presents now apart from the last 2 things which is a either a fluffy towel or pjs. Made a little start of the food items left to buy then its onwards and upwards with the preparing this weekend alongside everything else! Have sorted out a couple of preserving hampers for Christmas and some to take to work tomorrow for a friend to buy and maybe someone else will buy some more later on.

Really need to make a start on some card writing and sending soon too! And see if I can knock together 3 lovely HM cards and envelopes too in the next week

Did a bit of boring uni work today, feeling a long way off anything making sense at the moment.

Just ordered some olay from grabbit on 50% off for mums pamper hamper - some more done a day and night cream and serum for £9.13 to go with facial wash, exfoliator and wipes and an eye cream and day lotion

Total is around £20 for 8 items

Really is just a set of pjs left to get now - forgot had got a set of comfies for brother already so no need for towels now and off to get these at the weekend - yeah!

Managed to get out for a run tonight without talking myself out of it which I nearly did. Really pleased I did even though it was a plod and not really a sprint. Anyway I'm planning on going again tomorrow weather dependent of course.

Stuffed my face with food today and still feeling bloated from the weekend and feel like I've put weight back on. I'm pretty sure I haven't in a week but do feel stuffed full of food. Next weigh day is Friday and I'm hoping at the very least I've stayed the same and not put anything back on after all this hard work.

Not much else to report today apart from also did an hours walking today which was todays bonus exercise!

Woah! Did go for a run, managed to find a gap in the weather to get out for 40mins there and back. Very pleased I did as need to take advantage of the evenings that aren't too bad weather.

Today I walked for an hour and ran for 40mins and very pleased with the last 2 days exercise.

Day off tomorrow and a bit of pampering ready for work Christmas do and then some super exciting cleaning!

Also bagged a NSD 2 today!

I think I might have reached my target - I sneaked onto a different pair of scales at work today and I made it on these scales, just! Anyway I'll confirm on the usual scales tomorrow for certain. Then its full steam ahead to the work Christmas do. The dress should fit ok I'm sure. Funny how when I chatted with the girls at work I thought I might be a little covered up compared to some but hey, I know it fits, its decent not revealing, its slim fitting and why shouldn't I wear opaque tights? I feel good in this outfit and I'll be wearing it while praying my hair and make up goes ok!

Anyway, topped up the freezer with some reduced bargains today and did most of the weekly shop this afternoon during a particularly quiet spell at work!

What else? My dead sea salts arrived safely today ready to start transforming into scented bath salts and scrubs this weekend. I did some pampering today with hair pre treatment and mask this morning and then tried out my new face mask after work after exfoliating. Then slathered on the balm and new night cream too. Very nice so far and pleased with the prices.

So now its time to sort out mu nails ready to go tomorrow then finish work early, dash home, nip to supermarket on the way home then take dog out for a long walk then its time to get ready and go! Can't decide whether to drive or catch the train, I'll decide tomorrow and see what the weather's like.

Its been mega windy today but nowhere near as bad as Scotland and I'm very glad to be tucked up safely inside

I did it! I reached my target weight today on the weigh in!

It's taken 7 mths to get here and its been well worth it! As its taken so long, it's given time for the eating changes to become much more normal and I don't regret it not coming off any quicker.

So happy about it and pretty sure my dress should feel ok for the night out tonight. Decided to drive and looking forward to a sober good laugh!
