Long walk around the nature reserve with mr dog which was rather enjotable in the bright sunshine after digging up loads of dandelions this afternoon. Then 20 mins on the stepper as I'm still trying to tone that belly up some more.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

I definately made the right decision about the run today. I now have a sore swollen throat and lots of yukky phlegm. I KNEW I wasn't right. Thank goodness I took some notice of how I felt.
To make ammends to myself about not running I'm planning to take the dog on a nice long walk in a bit, do a bit of mopping on my return. Then the usual ironing. More cleaning. Blimey today sound exciting doesn't it?
Planning on finally planting some seeds now there's a decent break in the weather and it might even be warming up too!
Then its another long dog walk and maybe even time for a little uni work. Back later with an update of the dayfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Feels like a step in the right direction today. Feeling better when not doing anything which is definately better than the last few days. Then when I do something I feel not great however still better than the last week.
Have cheered myself with some cheap as possible sale items for summer - skirts x 4 2 possibly for work and 2 for weekends dependent upon whether they fit or not as have gone for 2 in size 10 and 2 in size 8 as the 10's have been a little baggy sometimes. I'll be amazed if they fit. If they don't, as I expect really, they can go straight back for a refund so no loss overall as no postage paid.
Total costs £12 from £29.50; £9 from £25 x 2 and £7 from £15 = £37 from £94.50.
Quite pleased with that and it might come in at less if they don't fit or look wrong. Meeting mum at the weekend to hunt down some suitable cheap tops in white, pink and blue and then hoping we get some weather to wear them!
Blue top - navy and colbalt blue
Pink - bright
White
Coral - any combination of these, hoping the 2 for £8 are nice and will wear well.
What else? I decided to stick some washing on in a rare bright spell and guess what, its clouded over again, oh well. Think I'll have a little slow dust of the bedroom while listening to the delightful cricket and then see if I can manage a longer walk around the nature reserve with Mr Dogfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Did clean the bedroom and change the bedding. Felt a bit wiped out afterwards so took the dog on his usual walk only. Then early tea and a rest.
Felt better today than anytime over the last week so hoping I've turned the corner now and will continue to feel better tomorrow and up for a walk into town to get the mascara swop done and collect some fruit for next week.
Then back to clean to LR and that's about it - can't push myself any more as I feel wiped out after a little bit of effort so need to take it easy then at some point can get back to normal and bounce and run around again!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
A bit of an up and down day- more down than up. Still not back to normal at all and feeling quite wiped out after doing anything at all.
Did the mascara exchange and swapped the one I don't like for my absolute favourite. Thinking of getting a really cheap one to have at the ready for the next one, if can get one for £1-£3 will be worth it.
Collected flowers for mum and fruit and also some chicken for tea on Sunday. After reading a recipe book yesterday it sparked off some interest again in cooking nice recipes as for the last couple of months I've been working my way through the freezer stores and quite a few plain and boring meals. I can see the bottom of 2 drawers now as a result!
Tonight's tea is using up some sausages from the freezer with an old tin of lentils in a casserole with left overs for tomorrow and then anoter lentil dish made with chicken for Sun and leftovers for Monday.
A bit lentil based weekend but, hey, have loads to get through in the cupboards! A few treats to cheer myself up too of chocolate eclair and strawberry tartlet. No point trying to lose more weight while I'm recovering from this horrible virus. Decided to buy myself a few treats for the weekend instead.
Took my measurements today and have lost another 1/2" from my chest and everything else has stayed the same. Not bad really considering I'm in maintainence phase with a much higher kcal allowance. Pleased really.
A bit of cleaning this afternoon as the LR really needed it and looks better now.
While in town this morning picked up a skirt for work for £3 reduced from £25. No way was it worth paying £25 for, but £3? That's a good price for work and about as much as I want to pay for work clothes! And then stayed good while looking in other shops and didn't buy anything - phew!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Now the broadband looks like its finally sorted out at long last. About time too after several long phone calls to get that done.
And now onto
Clothes update costs
2 bras £12.80
Skirt £3
Skirt £17
Dress £15
Top £12
Skirt x 2 £15.20
Skirt x 2 £20.90
Total - £80.90 dependent upon whether I keep them all or not (may be eye watering less than this hopefully)final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
A lovely day today with mum and brother. Me and mum pottered around the shops after a well needed coffee and collected my 2 skirts which I am pleased with for £15.20 and again, I wouldn't pay full price for them. They're a pretty generous fit and will be comfy for work rather than leisure. Aiming for a quite classic look at work and a shorter and longer one at home
Also feel a hundred times better today, looks like I'm on the way back to feeling good again at last - yeah!
Still need to take it pretty easy next week and might do a little bit of exercise towards the end of the week after 4 weeks of not running.
Tomorrow is a little walk to town and back for a few bits, maybe a coffee and then some cleaning and boring reading for the assignment of the year.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
