  • Looks like this phone can drop its signal at the touch of a finger:

I'd assume there wont be as much fuss as with the iPhone, given the lower media profile of generic Android phones. Still worth considering though, although it probably won't be an issue in real world use, just as the iPhone issue doesn't affect me no matter how hard I try.

yeh lets see hopefully like you said it doesnt affect me
  • Just had FANTASTIC deal from Orange Retentions. 18 months contract - free Samsung Galaxy S, 1200 mins, Unlimited texs and web browsing and 15 photo messages!! £27.50. Had thought of iphone4 o'r Desire but decided the cheaper option of taking a Galaxy was more sensible!!!!

im not sure whether to go for the

    18 month, free phone, 600 mins, 500 texts+web £30/month, £30 auto cashback

    or

    24 month, £150 phone,300 mins, 300 texts+web £15/month

both are the same price, so the 24 month one would seem like a better deal since it includes calls for a longer period (and 300 mins would probably be fine)
but im not sure if having a shorter contract would be better because of the Sim-free and other deals available

(and do you think you would get better deals after the contract being a £30 customer as apposed to £15 or wouldnt it make any difference)

what do you guys think ?

    thanks in advance

I'm looking into a galaxy s on tmobile but worried that buying from a reseller would mean I lose out on 3GB FUP and an additional booster.
    something missing
