May I make a suggestion then? Why not read the forum rules about behaviour towards other users, seeing as you like to post about contract law, something you will have agreed to when you set up an account on this forum? When you stop posting up insults, you will stop getting people calling you a troll and your posts spam. ;)

    Your unbelievable
All you lot have been doing all through this thread is ridiculing the guy for asking a question, giving the guy lectures on what you believe to be moral then you called my post drivel when you didn't have a clue what I was talking about and then have the cheek to tell me how to treat other members

Would you like to give me an example of a post where I have given a lecture, said anything derogatory or ridiculing towards the OP?

    I called your post drivel because of the way you treat other members, which is not constructive, does not help the OP, and gets people's backs up. Look at how you so eloquently put it in one of your posts;

it wasnt aimed at you personally but the rest of the moral brigade the only part directed firmly at you was the bit where i actually referred to your drivel comment

everytime i respond to a post its either to try and help that person with what little i know or give a different opinion than the moral brigade, who seem to get their jollies by preaching to people who are desperate for help.
in fact my original post in this thread was one of the only ones actually offering any help whatsoever and for that you call me a troll and say my post is spam.
you really need to take a step back and take a look at yourself

I haven't been through your posts, it is just a post that stuck out in my mind. Practice what you preach spring to mind?

So would you like to explain to us all about your post (which incidentally looks like it has been removed) bore any relation to the OP's circumstances besides having a go at what you call the 'moral brigaide' and some technical thing about defaults, which the OP has not mentioned at all?

Well apologies if you feel so offended. At the end of the day, I interpreted your post as unhelpful, and I am pleased that the site team agreed and removed your post. As for taking a step back, I think that's what a mirror is for, maybe you should look in one.

how can telling the guy to check his default notice be unhelpful
as for the site removing the post could the person who did it please explain why because i really would like to understand your reasoning .
i could go through the site and give loads of examples of flaming and harassment but they all seem to be allowed i wonder why that is?

looking forward to the examples of flaming!!

Whats flaming mabski - is it like when those who threaten not to pay their debts get set on fire? Or rather spend the money on tequila?

Your posts always seem like they have been poorly copied from someone else!!

Clearly the PPI is extortionate - 25% of the loan. Disgraceful.

You can bet that your lender has received a hefty commission on the sale of the policy - did they disclose it?

Agency law does not apply in this case so can you explain why they should disclose it?

    Who's the PPI with?

Are you certain there's no agent? Not read the full smallprint but my experience tells me that there will be an insurer and the bank will have brokered hence it will apply.

    Happy to be proven wrong.
