Looking at those forms you posted there seems to be black boxes where the signature should be, I'd say this qualifies you to have the loan written off completely

Taylor made, what was it you wanted us to look at here?

I echo the comments as others have stated that you would be looking at the PPI only IMO looking at those credit agreements.
    Best Regards

    zppp :)

We can only comment on what you have told us.

OP simply asked "is it valid"

NOT, "can i get out of paying", "can I reclaim the PPI" etc etc.

    To taylor made:

From what I can see, the forms have all the relevant information that is required for a credit agreement, and therefore it is valid.

You may well have a claim on the PPI not being requested - as you say the box was not ticked, and my opinion is that it is irrelevant that the box underneath is signed.

However, if you go down the route to reclaim this, you need to be aware that this will be taken off your balance, not provided as a cheque, therefore it may be an idea to enquire if you are able to claim on the PPI beforehand.

With regards to your comments on previous posters, unfortunately, if you decide to stay, you may have to put up with this. The forum happens to have a few members who are fortunate enough not to have debt and take pleasure in antagonising those less fortunate.

Cobblers, many posters do have debt, but feel they should be trying to pay back the money they borrowed rather than trying to wriggle out of it.
  • Only posters with their 1st or second post ask the question the OP has and essentially they are always after the same thing - getting out of paying it back. If a person with 1000's of posts and medals asked the same question the responses would differ.
  • can someone advice me how to start a new thread please?

Go into the forum you want to post in (e.g. LOANS) and click on the NEW THREAD button

    newthread.gif

Please give your post a sensible title (as opposed to HELP!!!) and give as much detail as you can in the post, the more info you give, the more accurate the answer.
