Can't enlarge photos enough to read small print. Possible PPI claim, that's about it.
Is there a particular reason why you think it may not be valid 3 years after taking the loan out?0 -
No longer wants to pay it back????!!0
-
Possible PPI "because everyone else claims it", but somebody signed in the PPI box despite not ticking it.
Was that your signature in the ppi box OP? Still might be claimable under the right circumstances.
I echo Malky..... Why now after 3 years do you think it is not a valid agreement???
Would you be offering to give them the money back you took and spent??

Was the money you borrowed valid or was it fake and this is your reason?0 -
echo all other comments - you borrowed the money, spent it, and now you want to wriggle out of paying it back? We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.0

hi
those who have something constructive to say, thank you. those who have come on here to have a go, without knowing any circumstances etc, take your snide little negative comments elsewhere. christ, wish life was as black and white and perfect as some ***** on here make out.
thanks0 -
If circumstances have changed, could you not make a claim on the PPI itself, rather than trying to claim it back.
As far as paying it back is concerned, have you been paying it back ok until your circumstances change. I'm no expert, but if the account is in arrears, default etc... then it might make a difference I guess to if and how you can claim mis-sold PPI.0 -
