Fun Question - What's your favourite Mascara?

I think it'd be nice to hear some recommendations for Mascara.

Do you have a favourite mascara which you would choose if you weren't trying to save money? And if so what's your cheaper alternative?

If money were no object I'd buy YSL Singulier Mascara, but I compromise with Maybelling Define-a-lash Volume!

I'm sorry if I should be posting this somewhere else - I'm new to this forum lark!

Lancome Definicils. I've been using it for about 15 years even though I try one from another brand almost every month (Before I joined the no cosmetic spending thread, that is!)

I really liked the one Chanel gave freebie samples of 2 yrs ago, forgotton the name and nothing else is the same. DiorShow is another great one but only if you can afford a plush (ie decent) eye make up remover too!

I buy Maybelline- all of them but the original one- pink with black top as it does nothing for me but give me the mono-lash look (clumps all my lashes into maybe three lashes). The Collossal is a my favorite. Having said that, Bonjours is another good mascara brand but you do have to pick your brushes wisely.

Used to love Clinique but I think they must have changed their formula as the last one I tried just flaked within hours of applying it where as the curling formula just collected in the center of the brush in a big ugly clot. Not happy! This brand used to have excellent mascaras!

My fav is EL Magnascopic, most Rimmel ones are really good and I'm using the vibrating Maybelline one atm which is surprisingly good, I'm not much of a fan of Maybelline mascara also I love false eyelashes:)
Thank you for this site Martin

Regardless of money, Maybelline all the way!! New false lash one is AMAZING!! Think its in a bright pink tube.

Bit of trivia...Maybelline invested mascara so maybe thats why they're the best??!!

Ive just bought Rapid Lash from Boots - supposed to make your lashes (and eyebrows if you need it on them) grow within 28 days.
