I agree that it will be a small minority, but I suspect it's a far greater minority than with any other online retailer - that's the point.

Look at the number of positive comments in this thread, then look at the number of negatives. That should give you a clue as to how bad they are.

Ive shopped with them online about 6 times since last year and have had a problem with near enough every order.

I made an order this week and have just received my despatch email with all the items I ordered!!
... but I won't get too excited until they have arrived.

They have such good sales, all they need is the live stock count and everything would run fine.

managers reductions started today in our store, in the mens, lingerie and homeware department. Everything was under £5. They didn't put managers reduction on childrenswear and womenswear which was a shame.

I received my order i few days ago and it was all there, although everything was fine for me when i read other peoples stories it does put me off buying in the future. If these problems were sorted out this sale would be so much better for everyone

Final reductions in Bath store - lots of goodies to choose from - many women's items down to £5 and several men's suits reduced to less than £40 with shirts down to £9 from £39.50. More items in the household section too.

Plenty more stuff lurking inside the fitting room area waiting to be put back on the shop floor, so you might want to have a look on those rails when going to try stuff on.

Well, I cancelled my £200 large order and then reordered what appeared back 'in stock' and asked for it to be delivered to my local store. I chose 3 seperate delivery days and divided the items out so that I could physically carry them. Well... I have collected 2 orders BUT now several of my small orders have completely disappeared from my account (so I assume they have cancelled them without even telling me) and the remaining orders have been broken up and I have to collect the items on 6 different delivery days! As if I haven't been inconvenienced enough! To top it all off I ordered a set of crockery with matching bits and bobs for the kitchen and even though they were still in stock earlier today (online) they have cancelled part of the order (again without telling me) so now I will be recieving just bits of the matching set! Grrrrr it's maddening!

You could wait until the last date and collect all your orders at once.
