They were for different companies.......supermarket, electrical stores, hotel phone calls etc. I only got one supermarket!
The supermarket and electrical stores were the same client. The client is a product brand sold by those stores rather than the stores themselves.

That doesn't explain why the hotel phone calls should disappear though. The system seems to have complicated limits on number of jobs you can do and I don't think there is anyone at RE who understands it :(

It may be a system error but I agree it is annoying. If only they would tell you in advance how many you can do then you can work out if the journey is viable for that number of jobs. Other companies seem to be able to do that so why can't RE.

If you end up with a single job which isn't financially viable then cancel it straight away, within a few minutes, and it doesn't dock any points (not that the points mean anything).

Often when I click on a job it tells me I am not eligible for that job and all the others disappear, even though I haven't even booked anything. Obviously yet another of their system bugs but so annoying. Has anyone else had this problem?

Anybody did a sauce job and find that one of the supermarkets did not sell it?
No Matter what you do there will be critics.

Is Gap down for everyone or just me? I don't remember seeing a notice about any downtime...

ETA: Seems fine now, guess it was just a blip

Same here! Are you coming on my holiday?? hehe. The crisp dates go right over my holiday, and I'm likely to have to give up one of my audit dates too. I think I do an unpopular one though so I'll probably still get it.

I'm sure it does, but it will make a lot of shoppers not bother with them again. So if the preferred fieldworker is not about, they are stuffed!

In fairness to them they were extremely busy that day. They normally allocate in order of who they received the offer from first. Could be someone else got back to them about those visits first. Just keep trying. They're a fantastic company to work for.

Mystery shopping must work. I always seem to get really bad service in shops where I've never seen an MS job advertised. Sometimes I feel like ringing head office and telling them to get in touch with a MS company because they badly need it.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

Have to disagree there, I think they're the worst one to work for, even worse than RE

  • Has anybody else had the misfortune of doing a Amber garden centre? I did one today and it was a flamin' nightmare. (Admittedly it does pay quite well, so I suppose that's why.) Have to spend 5 minutes in each department, but it ended up being at least 10 because it was impossible to find any staff: total time, well over an hour. And now, lots of Excel spreadsheets for the results- yippee...

Haha unfortunately I've been working since 9 this morning and had crap service in all of the stores I've been in :wall:

Just means the reports take twice as long
