I just got rejected from Gyp, ah well plenty more I can register with. Has anyone tried to register and got rejected??

Do they maybe have enough people registered in your area already?
  • Febreze might work? :)

Not sure that I can do the whole car with that, though .....
Therefore I'm thinking tip it down the sink and recycle the bottles :)

One of them is probably not wise for putting down the sink, though.

Actually, I hate these recall jobs. A few years ago I did one that involved hundreds of packs of unrisen bread dough. I put them all in my wheely bin. It was summer. A couple of days later, the bin lid was elevated ..... and smelly, slimy, grey dough was oozing out everywhere .... it was like quatermass! I had to take the whole lot to the tip disguised as garden waste.

    whats everyone else up to?

Work is definitely on the increase here. I have had to move eight of this weeks jobs to next week to accommodate loads of high-paying urgent stuff. Next week is looking full to bursting, and I already have at least three jobs each weekday right up to the end of the month (it has been payback time from some of the companies I put myself out for). I'm just hoping that this carries on.

I have even done two burgers this week (same time slot on same day) after my "take it or leave it" offer was refused twice, and when they came back to me the third time, I inflated it even further!! Thank you to the unreliable MSers out there!

Me either, nothing new on there at all for me, barring a couple of restaurants which I think must have been released as the dates are past.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Have you maybe done some recently and are therefore excluded now? When I picked one the rest vanished.

I'm a bit peeved with them as well, had a month when I couldnt do my CNS jobs, then the next month I was only allocated the 3 , the ones I'd picked up from the pool the month before (ie obviously no-one else wants them) - and when I asked about my regular ones, I was was told in no uncertain terms that they would be staying with the person that had done them the previous month - uhm .. what about loyalty to ME having done those same darn stores every month since January? That counts for nothing apparently!

that doesnt sound good :( i am going away for three weeks in nov and i do an audit every week. hope i continue to get them :)

got a busy day today, final sauce job, three visits in yarmouth to be combined with shopping for the house, back for my supermarket audit, dinner then cinema audit  thank god my reports are with grassroots!

Same here! Are you coming on my holiday?? hehe. The crisp dates go right over my holiday, and I'm likely to have to give up one of my audit dates too. I think I do an unpopular one though so I'll probably still get it.

  • Logged on to RE following the alert thread and there were over 40 jobs in my area, and some fairly good fees and suitable for me. Booked one and now the rest have vanished, only showing three that are not suitable. Tried refreshing etc. and re-entering the site but the other visits have gone. What has happenedd and does anyone have a phone number for them?

if theyre for the same company they sometimes disappear after you've accepted one or two to limit how many you do for them.
