So does that mean they will reimburse the purchase?

    That's how I read it.

I'm a bit peeved with them as well, had a month when I couldnt do my CNS jobs, then the next month I was only allocated the 3 , the ones I'd picked up from the pool the month before (ie obviously no-one else wants them) - and when I asked about my regular ones, I was was told in no uncertain terms that they would be staying with the person that had done them the previous month - uhm .. what about loyalty to ME having done those same darn stores every month since January? That counts for nothing apparently!

That's just the opposite of what they told me. They had someone doing the crisp photos, but broke his camera so they gave the jobs to me. Then he rang them to tell him he'd fixed it (or got a new one) after I'd done 2 months. When I queried it I was told they had to be loyal to the person who'd done it for the 6 months before my 2 months.

Has anybody done the report for the GfK bank visits where at the end it asks 'how much effort did you personally use today to complete your enquiry'? If so then how do you read it?

I am a bit confused as to me it's quite an ambiguous question.

Damn I think I have misread that one and submitted my report. I think I automatically read it as 'how much effort did the staff member personally put into completing the enquiry' :(

Same, TERN are one of the best MS companies amongst those on the first page in my experience. Always found them to be polite, helpful, responsive, and quick payers when it comes to reimbursements!

Well, I'd been granted an extension by them and I was 1 day late after the extension deadline due to Bank holiday Monday, (the store I was doing wasn't open on the BH but Tern haven't allowed me the chance to advise them of this). They then questioned the surveys over and over, they seemly just werent good enough. I experienced bad attitude from 2 members of staff, one actually put the phone down on me this afternoon. I'm disgusted. Seriously disgusted. I'd only carried out 1 assignment previously for them and found them to be excellent on that occasion. Luckily they dont seem to have much work up in my neck of the woods so I'm not going to miss them but i'm furious about the rudeness and attitude i've been subjected to this week. Certainly wasnt worth the poxy fee (that i wont be getting now).
  • Ha ha ha - I complained to gyp about not being paid for a burger job and just got an e-mail telling me I have been removed from their system and will no longer be able to work for them. Nice.

Did they remove you because you complained?

I've got a cinema audit, a bank on tuesday, an employment agency on tuesday, 3 tv shopping channel shops early in the week and 10 eggs. Not too bad really for me. Thank god the kids are back at school so I can get back to work!
