    I completed a cat store for Aba-i today and I cannot input the product number for the item I purchased. Has anyone else had the same problem? How do I get round this?

    Making a total guess here but are you entering the number with a space or a dash in the middle as it is shown, if so does it work without it or vice versa?? I have never had a problem but I can not remember how I entered it - I think exactly as it was shown in the briefing notes.

    Yeah I've tried with and without the dash/space/slash and it still wont work. I've also tried just writing the description and it won't accept this either. It gives an example and I copied this but it still won't work. I've emailed them and given up for the night.

    Phew, I've just finished an Amber Arch report for a furniture shop. Never again!! Apart from the fact that it was extremely long winded, and that some of the questions didn't make sense, the Excel form was so badly set up that I had to keep making amendments. I think all in all, including an hours visit to the shop, it's taken me about 3 hours :eek:.

    They are really cumbersome and a bit of a pain but hopefully they will improve when they move on to Sassie. Having said that i have no idea when it is going to happen it seems to be taking them a long time :)

    Scotties Mum, I agree I did a super shop last Saturday, by the time I had spent money in the various departments I do wonder if they are actually worth it, time, time doing the shop, travelling time, knock of the amount you have to spend in at least two departments as much as it may be nice it is still expensive.
    No Matter what you do there will be critics.
  • I completed my first RE assignment yesterday and submitted it all - any idea how long until I get my "probationary" status changed? Do I need to do more assignments?
