can anyone tell me (or PM if necessary) how do we get "regular" jobs. I keep seeing them mentioned and they sound like a great idea!! Guessing they are hard to come by though?0

The one near me also has at least six types of leaflet, a well-maintained Customer Care poster, fully-operational telephones and jobpoints, and a loop aid available on demand... so I hear.0 -
hi all just a quick question, I don't understand how e-digital works, It says for example survey fee £*.** (which is not usually that much) then you are asked to purchase something and complete a survey on it. I'm just wondering if you get reimbursed for your purchase or not? as if you dont then you can only really complete surveys if your planning on making a purchase anyway
thanks2011 wins!!!

Most of my "regular" work is audit type work. It seems to just trickle in. All you can really do is sign up to all the companies who have auditing and build some rep. Apart from the obvious "auditing" companies, many of the mystery shopping companies also have audit work. It might be worth you reviewing your profiles with some of the MS companies that you are registered with, and make sure that you have ticked relevant boxes to signify your experience of/interest in audit work.
Most of the MS companies don't put the audits on the job boards, but seem to email assessors when there is a project imminent, and offer it. In my experience, the more you accept, the more you get offered. Also, once registered as an auditor, you may start getting email offers of urgent work, including revisits and dropped jobs. I always reply to these email offers, even if I can't actually do the job when they need it done (giving my reasons and reiterating my interest), so that the emails keep coming.
That said, I do have quite a bit of "regular" mystery shopping. Some companies still have work that is never released onto the job boards; it gets allocated automatically. There are several clients that I MS once a month/alternate months/every three months, etc, according to rotations. This gives me a fair bit of work every month. Again, this is all down to rep with the company concerned.
Hope this helps a little.0 -
Has anyone done the car dealer surveys on edigital? What questions did you email and phone them about?0

Here is the update on my card being used fraudulently last weekend....
It has now been replaced and the money credited back by the bank! Phew!
On top of that my pc developed a virus. Someone had hacked in and got my details...I was receiving batches, sometimes 50 at a time of postmaster notification failures! This started on Sunday. My pc finally crashed yesterday so I have lost all my data and guess who wanted another copy of a receipt...yes RE..and it was a hotel one so of course I had given the hotel the original receipt and had lost the photo I had taken before handing it in at the desk.
I shall now be backing up all my data. The pc is in the pc hospital being stripped back to it`s original state.....have made it the week from hell......
But can get back to mystery shopping now as been unable to purchase anything without my trusty card.0 -

Ask where the nearest dealer is and the opening times on Sunday or if the scrappage scheme is still available or you want to purchase using a credit card so what do they charge.....0
