Hello
I have just done a recorded call and I had to place an order. My full card details are now on that recording and I am a wee bit concerned about the security issues especially because of Squeaky's experience yesterday. Does anyone know what happens to these recordings and how many hands they actually pass through?
Thanks
Probably quite a few
Proof readers, strategy or insight department at the clients head office and possibly the store manager and staff involved in the call at wherever you rang... Fortunately if your details do get stolen the banks are pretty quick at fixing it...
I might be tempted to ring up and ask for a new card, i.e. not cancel the one you have as that might leave you in a bind but ask for a new one, as soon as you start using the new one the old one will be cancelled...0 -

Had a funny experience on my Gap burger place today. I was doing dine in with the new scenario and had just placed my order when one of the staff dashed in from the drive in section and shouted 'gapbuster in drive in'. I then watched them all dash about getting that persons order first while I stood and waited for mine!
I'd love to know if it really was another gap person outside at the same time!0 -

Take care, and don't rush into doing too much stuff. Mum had few complications too, but better than the alternative.
Hope you are feeling better soon

I've recently done a job for RE and I noticed my score got added to a couple of days ago, I gained the 10 points for doing the job and the 2 for doing it on the initial date but I also lost one for a proofreading query. The money for it has now been added to my amount to be paid on 25th but I still haven't had any messages within the site or any emails, is the -1 a mistake and should I contact them about it? Who would be best to contact?0

I personally wouldn't bother as the points mean absolutely nothing. There is no benefit for accumulating thousands of points as they don't give any of their loyal shoppers preferential treatment.]0
