Hi,
There is no one called Lloyd Green, this is an alias. His name is Anthony Franks trading as Hallmark Finance, that is what it says on his Court defence papers to my claim. Furthermore, if he is insolvent, which I doubt very much, he would NOT be either 'in administration' , or have a liquidator etc. He is a sole trader, not a limited company, they are the only ones who have liquidators, receivers, in administration etc, etc. The guy has 'done a runner', will surface in another guise with different aliases etc, at a different monthly rented serviced office where you can do a bunk from at the drop of a hat somewhere in the near future.
HAVE YOU ALL GOT YOUR COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS IN TO ACTIONFRAUD, IF NOT, WHY NOT??????0 -

hello there,
we are still around, though been too ill to get too involved, and i have just logged in for first time in ages - has anyone got any updates etc?
i have reported him to the police and trading standards, action fraud, the local council etc etc
very interesting that the daily mail got involved - wonder if we can all expand on that and get more publicity.
cant let this one get away - he deserves chasing because of all the misery hes caused.

I paid FNF £745, fortunately I never paid anything to Hallmark.
Also, fortunately, I paid using my Barclaycard. It took two attempts, after my first letter they credited my account while they investigated. Two months later they charged it again - telling me that FNF had claimed that they had supplied me with a service. I wrote to Barclaycard again, I must admit this time I was expecting to have to go to small claims court to get any further. But, much to my surprise my February statement credits my account again.
With luck that's it now.0 -
Hi,was duped out of £1050 about 9 months ago by these fraudsters.
Finally went to court 2 weeks ago and received a judgment in our favour amounting to £1302.However, having won the case Hallmark did not pay up by the date the court stipulated. So now deciding wether to go back to court to enforce judgment with bailiffs or make take personal action against Lloyd Green or whatever his name is.
For reference,Hallmark started defending the case but half way through started returning documents marked "gone away", and obviously did not turn up for the court case.Going to court makes you feel better and the morale victor but as for getting your money back,I think the big guy earlier in the thread had the best idea.....
I was introduced to Hallmark through First National, they settled a week before their court case !!!! Any updates on this thread or thoughts appreciated.0 -

Hello McGoohan,
I would really like to get my £9,475.00 back. I am a commercial broker located in Northern Ireland and received the above sum from three clients in the years of 2008/2009. I had and wanted pay these clients back which I did in order to keep my integrity, which - I did at my total loss.
In my case, the money given is bad enough - but there was at least 200 no letters back and forth to do with three these cases - resulting in all my time was wasted. If you add the time up in wasted hours in replies and ones sent chasing etc......, your looking at at least 600 hours( 3 hours each due to stupid scammer queries that needed research) per letters sent/replies.
Even worse still is informing clients that all is OK and the finance will come through when in fact we all now know different.
I did meet a Lloyd Green ( or rather Anthony Laurence Franks formally residing at 118 St Margarets Road,Edgware,Middlesex,HA8 9UX) twice at a pub grub place across the road from his office - really should have known by the state of hiim in general he was a total chancer!
At this stage I will never forget his total dishonesty and making a total fool of us all - I will use any money to pursue him in to get justice!
Regards

Terrible people-I have first-hand experience.they take upfront fees. We paid several thousand pounds, only to have the case declined on spurious grounds.

PS I'm annoyed at myself for being taken in. I would just like the world to know how unprofessional and possibly criminal these people are. I will be complaining to my MP very soon. The last post was just so accurate0
