I went out to Grenville to pay our friend a visit as I was still waiting for the valuation report that I never got even, I paid for it.Anyway I found the office empty,I was told that he moved out and they dont know where to.Then I phoned FNF spoke to Siobhan and she told me that he is insolvent.I think he got cold feet and he will continue somwhere else another funny setup to ripp some more people off.

I too am a broker who has a client that has fallen victim of Lloyd Green.

I would be grateful if any concrete knowledge or evidence comes to light that my client can use in order to chase a potential refund of his fees.

If anything is forthcoming I would be grateful if you send me a personal message.

I am a commercial broker who has just spoken to a client who has also been duped with false promises from these people. Whilst it is obvious to me that there was no chance of the "deal" offered, they are praying on honest people which is currently made easier as the applicants have often been let down by their own banks.

just to say i have not forgotten this case - have been unwell lately - but have an update which i will post in next couple of days.

will be back to read through all the private messages you have all left me and i will reply to you all by the weekend.

we just going through our files and have noticed that the 'valuer' that came to do the valuation for 'our loan' said - when we enquired who the lender was - it was mercury finance?

anyone else been told that?

Anyone have an idea who the liquidator is, I just tried to email but the email has been shut down, just tried all numbers on letterhead, all shut down apart from 02089597211 which just rings, can you find the owners details of a phone number? iwant my £1300 back!!
