It doesn't matter if your baby is too young - it's good for YOU to get out there and make friends etc. I am still friends with people I met at a baby group when dd1 was born (she is 6 next month  ). We have been through so much together.
I'll re-iterate this; I'm still friends with somneone i met at anti-natal classes 16 years ago.
Although we have both moved house and only communicate by email/fbook we can pick up where we left off just as iff we lived next door to each other. My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 26). Hubby also a found daughter (37).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (11 & 10)

whoooo all these ghost stories. DD had amazed me tonight. We have a diary for her at home and tonight she wrote. Sunday Daddy and I went fishing. Dddy got one I got two
Nothing unusual im sure but at 5 she wrote and spelt every work correctly
Lindy disipline is something thats hard to get right isnt it. Im lucky with DD as usually a glare or luck when were out and she knows what shes doing isnt right. At home we have the naughty step which again works
Now DS is another cup of tea. The step works as well as I think it could for a 2 year old but I do tell him off in a slightly raised voice again with a stern look on my face
With DH I find a totally different approach is needed. I leave the cake tin empty LOLMad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!
Aiming to loose 56 pounds this year. Total to date 44.5 pounds 12.5 to go. Slimming World Rocks!0 -

I got about 3 hours sleep last night, same as Sunday night. I don't know how long I can keep going on so little sleep but I went to have an early night last night as I was falling asleep on the sofa then the moment my head hit the pillow I was wide awake again! I'm not happy. I just don't know what it is, I'm not having lots of caffiene or doing anything to active near bedtime, I suppose it's partly having too much on my mind. The real problem though is I keep waking up with a tickly nose and I have to blow it then it's all runny and annoying and itchy and I just can't sleep! I just hope I sleep better tonight.
Money wise does it never end with having to buy things? DH needs a white shirt and black tie for the funeral as he doesn't have any so I'll have to go to Primarni at lunchtime as we simply can't afford anything better and no one is able to loan him one. Oh well. I suppose they are good things to have as undoubtedly they'll be needed again.
I now just need to try to stay awake at work!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member #398 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T

lambanana sorry to hear about your DH's Grandad ((hugs)))
Monring peeps, was very OS yesterday, managed to paid for the weeks shopping with nectar points, only has to add £1.28!
I'm trying to keep expenses down, which is not working in the slightest., The boys are back at school, so just spent£24 on jumpers and another £4 for a school trip. Is wear money flowing out is never ending.
The last two house i lived in before i moved out with DH were both haunted. Things used to fly across the room by themselves, doors opening/shutting.Our dogs would go crazy barking at things when they nothing there.
Well when DS1 was about 12 months old i stayed at my mothers house. So they we were the both of us in my old bedroom, when suddently my little one starts screaming in absolute terror. Looked in the corner of the cot and they is another little boy in with him slowly moving towards him. So i quickly grabbed DS1 and put him in the bed with me, the little spirit hissed at me when i picked DS1 up. My mother (really my grandma)came running in , she saw it too and threw salt at it. soon blumming disappeared. When my dad died (he was really my grandfather but he brought me up as one of his own) he used to climb into with and keep me awake all night. In the end my mother said to him "she needs to sleep, come back tomorrow".
she always kept salt near her as she always saw things too. Just remembered, a little boy used to on my drawers when i was a child, swinging his legs. My old primary was school was built on an old farm, which had few death associated with it. So not only did we have the grey lady, we had the grey family too!
My last house i was followed by a pure black shadow in the shape of a person. It felt like pure evil incarnate, i'm geting shivers up my spine thinking about it. I was absolutely terrified, my OH even went downstairs loking for an intruder because i was that scared. I immediately found another house and moved out. No way could i stay in there any longer.
Were quite a spiritual family so were always seeing things. My biological mother wants me to go to a spiritualist church. No chance of that what with my experiences.
Well todayw ere going to visit, my mates parents after OH finishes work. They want us to keep in touch with them, which is great as they are really lovely people. We've found the funeral is next week so were all making preparations for it now. Going to fix Ds2's bean bag today.0 -
D&DD - hope DS3 is ok at school x x xDo what you love :happyhear0
