    Let's hope it's a new one!
  • They are there, just kind of hidden. If you go to your personal area, under the prize draw tickets it says "For other point exchange possibilities, click here!". Click it and they will magically appear lol.
I guess T&V don't want us ordering vouchers that will cost them money, they would rather we wasted them on prize draws.

Thanks jennalicious. It's a bit sneaky of them, it wasn't like that when I ordered a voucher a few weeks ago.

Received my first ever product to test today, and strangely there was an envelope to return the product at the end of the trial

thought that was the whole point of them robbing us of the 75 registration points  what in gods name are they gonna do with my left overs

Tbh, I think that's really cheeky. I personally wouldn't return a used cosmetic product, I can't think why they would need it. There really doesn't seem to be any good reason, and I think it's an inappropriate request. Not as if it's a digital camera, or something. I'd be inclined not to, and just to tell them it got lost in the post if they queried it. Or at least ask why on earth this is necessaty.

maybe its to asses how much you used it / and compare etc or something ?! erm clutching at straws now lmao

  • Hi All,

how long does it take for HMV vouchers to come through? Also I thought that 40,000 points were worth £30 amazon vouchers through Ipoints but apparently that's not the case. Was I imagining it?

    Merry Christmas!!

  • Not sure but I ordered mine on the 15/11 and still not had it. 40k will only get 120 points, is a £30 Amazon voucher not around 500?
2p off is still 2p off!
