Now I've worked out I'll get 5 £10 vouchers for hmv so I may aswell just go for those instead even if I use them for usb pens. What if the total is less than the voucher value when you purchase something do you lose the points on hmv?

No, it stores them in your 'e-wallet' for later use

don't be affraid to chase these people as much as it takes to get your points/vouchers

as mentioned further up in this thread i was missing 10,000 points which was all i needed to claim my 2nd and last ever reward from them

i emailed them every day for nearly two weeks until i received a reply and they gave into in the end

since then ive closed my account and am still getting survey requests so i emailed them again last night to complain, david replied back again today saying within the next week they should stop (and then i'll be rid of them for good :rotfl: )

again i cant stress enough, get what's owing to you and leg it, theres plenty better sites and points schemes than this shower

Received my first ever product to test today, and strangely there was an envelope to return the product at the end of the trial


thought that was the whole point of them robbing us of the 75 registration points :rolleyes: what in gods name are they gonna do with my left overs

I've just been to T&V to exchange some points for an HMV voucher, but both that and the ipoints option aren't there. I hope this is just a glitch and that they haven't scr*wed us yet again...

They are there, just kind of hidden. If you go to your personal area, under the prize draw tickets it says "For other point exchange possibilities, click here!". Click it and they will magically appear lol.
I guess T&V don't want us ordering vouchers that will cost them money, they would rather we wasted them on prize draws.
