After receiving an invitation to my first product test, then being told they want it back at the end of the trial, I have just received the email that is supposed to collect my opinion on the product.

First question, what was the product code on the bottom of the tin ?

I put the answer in and it popped up, sorry you are not suitable for this survey :mad: :mad:

So after wasting time for the last 10 days making sure i put the disgusting stuff on my lips , im not even going to be rewarded / paid for it !!!

did you have to give feedback through Juicy Brains ? only the last 2 lots of product tests I have done were through them (1 through T&V), they told me I wasnt suitable even though I had the product and was testing it

Ive just emailed them, (waited a while so i had calmed down)


The test was with synovate, and no where did it state that i may not be able to get the 10k points.


Im gutted as i was near the next cash in amount for r-points so i could get the amazon vouchers i was after all along. Only bloomin reason i joined !!
