Did anyone else get invited to the 3 day trial, where you have to log into a forum and answer some questions?? Get a £20 M&S or H&M voucher for it at the end apparently!

I was giving up on T&V as it was taking ages to get any points, but I thought I would have a go at this one, and then I realised my account was miraculously upto 20000 points again, might aswell stay for another voucher as they seem to be sending loads of surveys after going through a dry patch!

I did the first of a two part survey the other day, second part arrived yesterday but when I click the link it says I have to do the other part first! Hopeless.

i used the site to contact them,clicked FAQ and contact us at bottom,i had a reply saying expect vouchers in a week or two as they have a delay receiving them from supplier

Yeah I e-mailed them and got the same reply.

Well, it's over a month since I requested my first £10 HMV voucher. How long does it take these guys?

Am I ever likely to see it? Whenever I've emailed them about non-crediting on points (on around 3-4 occasions, they've always ignored me).

After the lack of communication from them before, I didn't think it was worth bothering emailing, but yesterday they sent me another link, and now it's saying I've already completed it. Wonder if that means I'll get the points....

I'm in the same boat as you with this lot. Once I get my voucher I won't be doing anymore surveys. Points hardly credited, no response to any emails....not worth the bother.:mad:

After receiving an invitation to my first product test, then being told they want it back at the end of the trial, I have just received the email that is supposed to collect my opinion on the product.

First question, what was the product code on the bottom of the tin ?

I put the answer in and it popped up, sorry you are not suitable for this survey :mad: :mad:

So after wasting time for the last 10 days making sure i put the disgusting stuff on my lips , im not even going to be rewarded / paid for it !!!

Just a quick update,

i emailed them and got no response (not surprised really) but 2 days ago I got another invite to partake in the survey this time in a different format. The link to do it didnt work so contacted them via a link on the email. Still heard nothing, then today got the first email again which worked !!!


Total load of faffing about, add that to the survey I received yesterday which I gave a whole load of info on to then be told i wasnt suitable :mad: and im now cashing in the points and running !!
