I sent four emails one after the other to test and vote to increase the chance of receiving a reply (They probably put all emails into a 'hat' and draw them randomly to decide who to reply to) about my missing voucher and got this reply:

    Dear member,

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately our order with HMV has been delayed due to the Christmas rush. Therefore we are not expecting the vouchers until the beginning of January. We will of course send out the vouchers as soon as we receive them from HMV. I’m sorry for the delay.

    Best regards,

    David Sjölin

    The Test&Vote Team

I ordered the E-voucher towards the end of november. Since when is this christmas and how long can it take to order HMV codes and email them to us??

Definitely going to leave Test and Vote especially as it now takes 60000 points to redeem a voucher.

That smacks of 'we haven't actually paid HMV for the last lot' to me... I suspect we may not see them at all. I've lost count of the surveys I've done and not received points for and the putting the cash-in value up is just a way to drag their heels still further...

Arggh can't believe I am still here trying to get one of their vouchers. I can't quite describe how livid I am at their points increase.

In desperation the other day I 'knocked' 10 years off my age and for the first time in ages was eligible for one of their surveys. I only tend to get an invite once in a blue moon. Anyone have a feeling that you need to be in your early twenties to gets loads of invites and be eligible?

On all the other survey sites I answer as thoughtfully and honestly as I can but with these idiots I've decided I will deliberately give false information. I can see this as being the only way to actually damage them as if their data is poor its going to impact on their repeat corporate business.

I have been with T&V less than a month but having read all your comments I wont stay once I get enough points to cash in.
However what I will do is go through all the Opinions and leave my own and then give every opinion I read a score, that way it will boost everybody elses points just a little bit and really nark T&V who I dont think can do anything except watch peoples points rising :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yeah, I think, if I have a few moments to spare while waiting for a call or something, that I'll start rating opinions at random too! I wonder if we'll soon be saving for £1000 vouchers.

I wonder if they're going to go into administration or something? They really don't give the appearance of being in control.

I logged on today and it has taken me about 8 months to collect 40,000 points. I thought I would get a £10 HMV voucher, but they've changed it as soon as I am up to my points.:mad:

I swapped 40,000 for ipoints, and you get 120 ipoints, which is WORTHLESS!!!

Well I bought 100 school dinners with 120 ipoints as there was nothing else worth having for such a small amount of points. Certainly not £10 worth:mad:

I shall not be partaking in any more of their surveys and I will terminate my membership.
  • Can we plan a group termination, they may actually get the idea how narked we all are then !!

I stopped completing their surveys and doing the quick votes etc earlier in the mornth (I think) and I'm going email a complaint.

It's hilarious, they changed the rewards redemption from 20,000 to 40,000. Then they removed the goode rewards with rubbish ones and now I find the redemption point has increased again to 60,000. Laughable.

I'll also be terminating my account with them, I left it open in case they got their act together but obviously, it's not going to happen.
    The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.
