Have you noticed that as soon as they removed the 75 points for the product tests how the products themselves suddenly became cheap and nasty - stickers, an air freshener, a razor, highlighters, confetti and a toothbrush.
Remember the spiel - they were removing the 75 points because of all the 'Valuable' products we were going to get to test and keep, like TVs and iPods and DVD players. Haven't had anything worth more than about 50p since they removed the points.
Anyone smell a rat here? An earlier poster suggested that they had put up the threshold for HMV vouchers to prevent people claiming vouchers T&V hadn't yet ordered or paid for. We are all doing surveys and not getting the points, rewards are getting impossible to get and the testing products are rubbish.
Get out while you can and cash in any points for ipoints ASAP. I feel a bankruptcy looming, and it certainly isn't mine.......0 -
echo wrote:i've been doing them over a year and i have 63,000 pts now.how does one order an HMV code???? cant see owt on the site where i can order one but if i click on HMV on the right hand side it tells me abt it.when i get the page up where i can choose to convert, all i get are itunes tickets and prize draw tickets.
Under Personal Area it gives you the option to convert your points underneath all the Prize Draw options there is a link that says 'For other point exchange possibilities, click here!' You should find HMV there0 -
cheers for that0

Did a quick check but couldn't see anyone else posting this quick vote:Could you imagine yourself participating in a mobile study where you install software to measure the usage of certain features on your phone (e.g. web browsing, messaging, application usage, etc.)?
Yes, if I got 15 000 points minimum
No, absolutly not
Yes, for sure
Yes, if I got the possibility to take part in a monthly 1000 Euro price draw
I have already had 2 X £10 Amazon vouchers off them in the past and thought they were a pretty good site......not anymoreI've just cashed in all my points - £60, 000 on a HMV voucher, 750 for 3 Christmas prize draw tickets (250 points each) and 4,500 on three normal prize draw tickets (1,500 points each but you get a free one for every one you buy so that's 6 tickets). Now all I have left is 100 points. Doubt I'll win but I felt better doing something with them rather than just leaving them and there's nothing else I could so with 5,000 points - it's not even near to getting a 'reward'.
Once I get my HMV voucher I'll terminate my account and email them to tell them why.I'm a little angelBUT A WHOLE LOTTA DEVIL

Just converted to ipoints, went on to get the Amazon voucher im after and you are asked to pick an item up to £10 value. There is no change given, cant spend extra and it cant be a pre-order - !!!!!
So i can either get a £6.50 book i want and loose £3.50 or I can get a £3.50 book using a £6 ipoint and loose £2.50 ...... choices eh
great eh, i thought i would be able to pick a couple of books up to the value of £10 but it only allows one item,
mishka
Please correct me if im wrong as its been a total waste of my points !!Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -

The £10 'Amazon vouchers' aren't vouchers at all (you don't get a code) they're just the opportunity to get a book worth £10. You're better of saving your ipoints to get a £25 Boots or M&S voucher (510 ipoints) or a 'proper' £25 Amazon voucher (610 ipoints).
Can you maybe purchase a copy of The Chalet School Librarian (Paperback)
by Pat Willimott (Author) for £8.50 via this method and flog it on eBay for £10 + P&P? That's what I would do. If you go input this title into eBay Uk you will see a seller (not me) selling one at this price and I have sold several dozen of them - it's a good way to make 'real' cash out of useless vouchers. Look at the sales history on this title to see how many have been sold on eBay in the recent past.
£10 would at least let you buy the book you REALLY want at WHS and you might have enough over for a coffee..........0 -
They have just put a whole load of new opinion boxes up for TV and Film so if you are only wanting a few hundred points to get your total before hopping off, get typing ,I will rate them !:p0
