Ive emailed them twice about my missing points and have yet to get a reply. If the points were added I'd be eligible for my first voucher. Maybe that's why they're not keen on crediting my account!

once I've claimed these points then I wont do surveys with test and vote then as I'm not interested in the others I use play.com for music. Do you thuink theres a chance they may do Amazon again at some stage?

I've also sent an email complaining today. They have introduced the option to convert T&V points for ipoints. With ipoints you can buy a £10 Amazon voucher for 270 ipoints. However T&V only give you 120 ipoints for 40,000 of their points. My complaint is that they should convert their points for enough ipoints to be able to purchase a £10 amazon voucher. With ipoints they also have another option to purchase books up to the value of £6 however this is 175 ipoints so still not enough points from T&V. I've also complained abou the number of surveys I get where I answer loads of questions just to be told I don't meet their criteria.

Will let you know if I get an answer.

I have just been credited with points for 2 surveys I did at the begining of the month. I now have 41050 points so I am ordering my 2 voucher since March. As far as I am concerned T&V can go a stick it. :mad: I will not do another survey for them. :mad:

Too many surveys ask you too amny questions before you are told sorry don't fit the bill.

Their CS is C.R.A.P and they are not interested in people.

I will wait till I get my voucher first before I tell them to stick it.

I've got 202045 what will they be worth? I dont want pixamania or hmv and I don't understand how to use ipoints but someone said theres a way to convert them to amazon vouchers. I just decided to claim then now rather than wait then just leave

Worth nothing at the mo other then prize draw tickets, you need 40k to cash in. Not worth doing it for Ipoints due to the 'conversion' rates.

Fatboy, read the figures: 202045. That's FIVE vouchers and a bit left over.

Lady_K, you could get the vouchers for HMV and use them as Christmas gifts (if they arrive in time) or as birthday gifts (if they arrive after Christmas).

If I've worked it out right its convert 4 x 5000 = 200000 = 660 in ipoints then the extra left over is 2045 which I can just choose to lose or make up to an amount I can convert the rest to but theres a boots voucher for £25 for 510 points or quite a few others marks and spencers and debenhams etc and an amazon one at £30 for 615. They might not be worth that much but rather get them now than keep doing crappy surveys for next to nothing
