Just gone on there and all of the quick votes and tests have disappeared.... the itunes game option has gone too...

me thinks they are doing some updating! :D
  • Either that or they're winding down the site. ;)

Just checked my account and I've now been credited with the 10,000 bonus points promised by email for not getting the Amazon voucher I ordered. If you complained and got one of those mails, check your accounts and make sure they've delivered on their promise.

re: the Amazon voucher bank, do the vouchers have an expiry date if you 'bank' them? I'm eligible to claim a few from other cashback sites, and if I can store them permanently in my Amazon account I'd feel safer claiming them now than waiting until there's something I want. But if they have an expiry date I'm probably better off only claiming when there's something I want to buy.

I know that, when I've banked Amazon vouchers in the past (not from Test & Vote), they've always had an expiry date.
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

All Amazon vouchers expire one year after they are issued. Also, if you don't spend all of your voucher, Amazon "bank" the unused portion for you so you can use it at a later date.

    7) Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire
one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable
    law.
(I have an unused Amazon voucher from Test and Vote that I checked) Hope this helps.
  • I ordered an Amazon voucher on 17th August from them and still haven't received it. If they have stopped doing them then what is happening to all the people who ordered them before they were suspended? Will their orders be honoured?

I suspect that the real difficulty here is that since they started paying 100 points a throw for opinions, people have been racking up points and ordering the Amazon vouchers in huge numbers and now they can't fulfill all the orders.

Who should I be emailing about this? Should I contact them in French? Is there a Yahoo Group of users. Has anyone received a voucher since 17th August.........???

I dunno what the alternative to Amazon vouchers is likely to be but I bet it will be cee ar aye pee.

  • They wont be honouring any Amazon orders and you should have got an email explaining this, there is a contact us section on the site to email them. If you read back a couple of pages there are one or two posts that show the email you will receive back (standard response)

The site has been updated now so there is no mention of Amazon !!

LOL, no! :p They do speak English as well. :D

(Sorry, I'm just imagining me trying to express myself in French - that is a very funny, and scary, thought :rotfl: . If anyone watched the recent Excuse my French programme on BBC, I'd be the equivalent of Ron Atkinson )

But I digress. I do agree with you that the alternative to Amazon vouchers is likely to be rubbish... :o
  • I have just emailed them, as I still haven't received my Amazon voucher, requested on 17/08/2006:confused:
  • I have just emailed them too, and asked for my 40,000 points back. I also ordered my Amazon voucher on 17th August. Spooky, that!

What's all this about getting 10,000 bonus points if you did not get your Amazon voucher? Can someone please post the text of the email?

I'm a bit concerned that I don't appear to be getting any of these 'information' emails everyone is talking about, specifically member mishkanorman who said in an earlier post that I should have received an email
telling me about the situation with the Amazon vouchers. I don't have a spam filter and the survey invitations are getting through ok, so there can't be anything wrong with my email.

The reason I asked about a Yahoo group is that I know there is an ipoints one with ipoints staff as members and I wondered if anyone had managed to get anything going with any of the staff at To Luna.
