I had the same experience as everyone else seems to have had. Basically gave up in the end. I now use TNS who give you nectar points. Much better!!

I have tested a product for them a Mr popper (like a flash eraser)

I have had £20 worth of amazon vouchers over about 2 years just got enough points to get a £10 voucher only to see they have taken away the amazon vouchers now its Pixmania.com what good is that to me so just emailed them a !!!!!! letter saying i want a amazon voucher so just gotta wait to see what they say if they say no i shall get my Pixmania voucher and remove my self

i ordered a £10 amazon voucher and after a month emailed them to ask about it they sent me an email saying my points would be refunded, which they were 2 days later.
a few minutes ago i recieved an email saying i had a £10 amazon voucher from them, should i email them or just hope they dont realise whats happened?

I wouldn't email them. If they contact you to say they are deducting the points fair enough but after getting the run around from them I would just take the voucher and run!
